      Ø          The admissions are being carried out as per the norms of Haryana State Counseling Board.

      Ø     Online counseling is done by state as per reservation policy.

      Ø     25% seats are allowed to be filled by the management.

X. ADMISSION PROCEDURE
» Mention the admission test being followed, name and address of the Test Agency and its URL (website). AIEEE (CEET) online counseling conducted by State Board of Technical Education Haryana. www.tehadmissions.gov.in

» Number of seats allotted to different Test Qualified candidates separately:  AIEEE 75%, Management Quota 25%

» Calendar for admission against management/vacant seats:
- Last date for request for applications.
- Last date for submission of application.

- Dates for announcing final results.

- Release of admission list (main list and waiting list should be announced on the same day)
- Date for acceptance by the candidate (time given should in no case be less than 15 days)
- Last date for closing of admission.
- Starting of the Academic session.

- The waiting list should beactivated only on the expiry of date of main list.
-
POLICY REGARDING REFUND OF FEE, in case of withdrawal, should be clearly notified.

 

XI. CRITERIA AND WEIGHTAGES FOR ADMISSION

» Describe each criteria with its respective weightages i.e. Admission Test, marks in qualifying examination etc.

  Merit list was made on the basis of AIEEE rank. In fifth counseling criteria was first come first serve.
»
Mention the minimum level of acceptance, if any. As per Eligibility.
10+2 pass with subjects Physics Mathematics as Compusulory subjects and any of Chemistry/Computer Science/ Biology/Bio-Technology.
» Mention the cut-off levels of percentage & percentile scores of the candidates in the admission test for the last three years. Rank 46% for the year 2005 and 60% for the year 2006.
»
Display marks scored in Test etc. and in aggregate for all candidates who were admitted. Test makrs are not available – it is with the respective university who has conducted the exam.

Item No I - XI must be given in information brochure and must be hosted as fixed content in the website of the Institution.

The Website must be dynamically updated with regard to XII–XV.
